  • How do I enroll?
    • Complete/submit an application packet along with the $150 enrollment fee by visiting cornerstone-prep.com.

 

  • How much does it cost?
    • Tuition varies by grade with several payment options available.

 

  • What grades will you have?
    • Kindergarten-12th grade for the 2019-2020 school year.

 

  • What textbooks do you use?
    • We primarily use BJU Press and Purposeful Design (both Christian publishers).

 

  • Do you teach Common Core?
    • Our curriculum is similar to national and state standards, but all content is taught from a Biblical worldview.

 

  • Do you participate in state testing?
    • No, but we do complete standardized testing in the spring of each year.

 

  • How do you teach “the faith”?
    • We teach all content from a Biblical worldview focusing on creation, fall, and redemption. (No doctrine or theology is taught because we are non-denominational.)

 

  • What are school hours?
    • 7:50 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Students may be dropped off in the morning after 7:15 a.m., but must be picked up no later than 3:15 p.m.

 

  • Do you offer any discounts?
    • Full-time employees receive a 50% discount on tuition. We also offer multi-child discounts.

 

  • Do you offer any tuition assistance?
    • We do have limited funding for scholarships. An application must be submitted for consideration. Also, if you are interested in making a donation to our scholarship fund, it is tax deductible.

 

  • Do you have morning/aftercare?
    • At this time, we do not plan to offer morning/aftercare.

 

  • Will you offer school lunches?
    • Students can either bring their lunch or order from our catering options when available. We will not be preparing lunches on site.

 

  • Do you have chapel? Can visitors attend?
    • We have school-wide, weekly chapel services on Friday mornings at 8:00 a.m. Guests are welcome but must register in the front office upon arrival.

 

  • Do you offer sports?
    • We offer athletic clubs and we encourage students to participate in local community and travel teams.

 

  • Which clubs are offered?
    • We plan to offer the following clubs: National Honor Society (NHS), Beta Club, Key Club, Student Government, Student Y, Kentucky Youth Assembly, Kentucky United Nations Assembly, and Student Ambassador Program, based on student interest.

 

  • What are your class sizes?
    • We pride ourselves in small class sizes, usually 15 or fewer.

 

  • Do you have any job opportunities? How do I apply?
    • Future job opportunities will be based on student enrollment. If interested, fill out an application for future consideration.  Applications may be picked up and/or dropped off during school hours.
